Treatment List

Signature Treatment

A blend of soft & deep tissue massage, compression work, passive stretching & myofascial release. I can combine both soft & deep therapy throughout a treatment, working intuitively with your unique needs. Soft tissue massage involves stretching the muscle fibres to promote & maintain flexibility. While deep tissue concentrates on releasing strain patterns within muscle, tendons & fascia. Myofascial release is a gentle yet powerful method of freeing restrictions in the body’s fascial system (connective tissue) using deep, slow or still pressure. On my table the session will always be restorative, it is possible to use deep and techniques without causing pain and discomfort! This is a full body treatment but you may wish me to focus more or less on particular areas.

Fascia Release

Holistic Fascia Release is a massage technique that works on the connective tissue (fascia) around the muscles, as well as the muscles themselves. The intention is to undo unhelpful postural habits & subconscious holding patterns, bringing relief from chronic pain or discomfort. The experience is highly personal & can create long term stability and a higher self awareness. The body responds best to a series of sessions as specific anatomy trains are worked per treatment.
